This custom-designed exercise cycle attachment snaps onto the front crossbar of the Resistance Chair® to give you additional cardio and leg exercise.
The Smooth Rider II Mini-Bike provides a great workout for not only your legs but your entire
body. We recommend the Power Ride cycling DVD (sold seperately) which shows you
how to properly workout using any bike attachment with the Resistance
Chair Exercise System.
SmoothRider II Features:
- Creates resistance through magnetic force, rather than friction, so it's quiet and durable.
- Suitable for heavy use, such as gyms and rehabilitation centers.
- Includes a digital cycle meter for speed, time and calories burned.
- Has an upright row bar for rows and lateral pull exercises.
Use the upright row bar for resistance cable exercises, such as the lateral pulls and rows pictured above. We include two of the "Level 5" resistance cables in the box with every SmoothRider II exercise cycle.
PLEASE NOTE: Always check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program or using any new piece of equipment. The minimum height requirement for using the exercise cycles is at least 4 feet, 8 inches tall, and the maximum user height is 6 feet, 3 inches tall.
RESISTANCE CABLE USAGE: The Level 9 resistance cables are not appropriate for use on the SmoothRider II exercise cycle when sitting sideways in the chair and performing lateral pulls.
ASSEMBLY: Some assembly is required with the SmoothRider II exercise cycle. The pedals and upright bar must be attached prior to operation of the bike. This requires 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Assembly instructions and necessary tool are included.
